Sign Up & Login¶
To get started with ThinkERD, you first need an account. Sign up easily with an email or social account, and a personal workspace is automatically created upon registration.
Sign Up¶
Visit ThinkERD and click the Open Console button.
Email Sign-Up¶
You can sign up with just an email and password.
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Sign Up — a verification email will be sent to the provided address
- Click the verification link in the email to complete registration
Didn't receive the verification email?
- Check your spam/promotions folder
- It may take up to 2–3 minutes for the email to arrive
- If it still hasn't arrived, click the Resend Verification Email button
- Login is restricted until verification is complete
Social Login¶
Sign up with one click using an existing account — no separate registration or email verification needed.

Which method should you choose?
- For a quick start → Social login (instant access, no verification steps)
- For organizational account management → Email sign-up (unify under a company email domain)
Login¶
Log in with your registered email/password or social account.
- After logging in, you're automatically redirected to your last active workspace
- If you belong to multiple workspaces, switch between them using the workspace selector in the top-left corner
Forgot Your Password?¶
- Click Forgot Password on the login screen
- Enter your registered email address
- Set a new password via the link sent to your email
Social login users
If you signed up with Google or GitHub, there is no separate password. Please log in using the corresponding social account.
Account Settings¶
After logging in, manage your account from the profile menu in the bottom-left corner.

Account Deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes all workspaces, projects, diagrams, and associated data. This action cannot be undone — please proceed with caution.
FAQ¶
Is a credit card required to sign up?
No. ThinkERD is free to start, and no payment information is required at sign-up.
Can I join multiple workspaces with one email?
Yes. A single account can belong to multiple workspaces. Switch freely between them using the workspace selector.
Can I switch from social login to email/password?
Currently, the authentication method chosen at sign-up is maintained. If a switch is needed, please sign up with a new email account.
